MARCHE BIANCO INCROCIO BRUNI 54 IGT - VINO SPUMANTE DI QUALITÀ EXTRA BRUT
Incrocio Bruni 54 is a unique grape variety native to the Marche region, created in the 1930s through the pollination of Verdicchio and Sauvignon Blanc by the renowned Marche ampelographer, Prof. Bruno Bruni.
The sparkling wine production, carried out in our cellar, directly from the must, without adding yeast or sugar, takes place using the Charmat method. This is a long Charmat process, lasting at least 6 months, to have a finer and more elegant bubble.
