Aurora
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in the early hours of the morning. Vinified in white without any maceration on the skins, thanks to the typical characteristic of the Lacrima grape which has pulp already rich in color. The sparkling wine production, carried out in our cellar, takes place using the Charmat method to enhance all the primary ingredients of Lacrima. It is a long Charmat, 6 months, to have a finer and more elegant bubble.
Only organic wines
Wine is made in the vineyard before it reaches the cellar; this is why our philosophy has always been, and will continue to be, to embrace healthy farming practices with appropriate agronomic techniques, respecting both people and the environment.
