VERDICCHIO OF THE CASTLES OF JESI DOC

The flagship of Cantina Mezzanotte's production, our Risveglio - Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC – is an outstanding expression of the most renowned grape variety of the Marche region, which is also one of the most prestigious among the Italian white
grapes. In its young version it’s a fresh, soft wine, rich in aromas, of moderate alcohol content. Fermentation at controlled temperatures and maturation in steel barrels, with aging in the bottle, enhance the typicality of the grape.

👁️ To the eye it is straw yellow with greenish reflections, typical of a young Verdicchio.

👃🏻 To nose reveals fruity hints, in particular of green apple, fine and quite intense.

👄 The palate is fresh and the distinct acidity, combined with a good flavor, gives the wine an appreciable persistence.
